Two Ways To Generate More Reviews
1: Request reviews via email manually
Request a review by sending an email from the Generate Reviews sub-tab of Reputation Management. You can enter a single email address or upload a spreadsheet with multiple recipients.

2: Automated Review Requests
Request a reviews automatically by sending an email from your CRM using triggers. From your clients account center on MyPowerSuite.com, you can generate HTML email code to copy/paste within your CRM. The HTML code automatically includes links to your review website where the consumer can rate your business. These emails can be customized via your CRM for the look/feel of your brand.
Once the customer receives the email to leave a review, they will be taken to your branded review website prompting them to leave their review.
Positive Review- Promote Positive Reviews
When the review is positive, the customer will be presented with a page thanking them for the review, giving them the opportunity to easily share that review on up too 3 other review websites along with enter the monthly chance to win $100 Visa gift card if your business is participating.

If customer leaves a negative review, the page will display a custom message on behalf of your business. They will not be presented with option to share their negative review.
Review Follow Up Email
If they leave this page without sharing their review, our system will send them an email within 3 hours including a copy of their review along with special offers and up to 3 other review websites to share their review. Follow up emails are branded as your business and includes direct links for your listings on other review websites. Such as Google, Yelp, Cars.com, DealerRater and more!
Receive instant email notifications
You will receive an email alert the moment a customer submits a review on their Location Page, Review Website or review collection widget that can be added to your website. Notifications include their review, email address and link to view the rating. Notifications are sent on both Positive/Negative reviews.

Review Response Best Practices:
When new reviews are discovered online, its best to respond to both positive and negative. Negative reviews need to be taken offline, by responding to the review and providing a business contact for the customer to reach and discuss. Then after the customer is satisfied, ask them to update/re-write another review.
Time Frames: If full service is included in your platform, we'll respond to both positive and negative reviews within an average of 24 hours weekdays and 36 hours on weekends.
