Overview Jan. 26, 2017: Google My Business reviews disruption
There is currently a GOOGLE-WIDE technical issue that is causing reviews left on Google Maps listings not to be pulled into the corresponding Google My Business profile. As a result, we are not currently collecting reviews for authenticated Google My Business profiles within Reputation Management Dashboard or review email notifications.
Google is aware of the issue, and they expect to have a resolution in place within 24-hours.
All missing Google My Business reviews should be pulled into Reputation Management at this time.
Clients may experience or notice reviews published disappearing from their Google My Business accounts. We will provide updates once we receive them from Google.
We are currently waiting on Google for more details regarding the cause of this issue.
